Flowers Delivery Charges
The
flowers delivery in Melbourne CBD is FREE! You can send flowers in central Melbourne
without any delivery cost.
We charge different taxes for Melbourne's suburbs, according to the distance.
The flowers delivery fee will be displayed in the checkout page, after choosing
the delivery address. If the suburb you wish to deliver flowers to is unlisted , please call us so we can offer a delivery quotation.
Flowers delivery fee in the Greater Melbourne suburbs is proportional to the delivery
distance and will be displayed in the order page, when you choose the delivery
suburb. Usually is about $10 - $15.
Urgent Flowers Delivery Requests
If you require urgent flowers delivery on a Business Day please call us. We will try
our best to provide urgent deliveries wherever possible. Please note that
extra delivery charges will apply.
Flowers Delivery Times
Flowers Delivery on Weekdays
FloraLaura delivers Monday to Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays):orders
placed BEFORE 1 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) can mostly be delivered
the same day. If a Public Holiday or a Sunday is selected for delivery, your
order will be assigned by default for delivery on the NEXT business day.
Flowers Delivery on Saturday
Saturday flowers delivery is available only if you place the order before 8
AM AEST.
Delivery for Sunday or Public Holidays
Sunday or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. If a Public Holiday
or a Sunday is selected for delivery, your order will be assigned by default
for delivery on the NEXT business day.
Mothers’ Day and Valentine’s Day Flowers Delivery
Special terms, conditions and delivery information and fees apply for Mothers’ Day
and Valentines’ Day.
Please place your Valentine's Day order until 10th February. All other orders made after, will be considered late orders and processed without priority.
Valentine's Day flowers deliveries will be made on 13th Monday – 14th Tuesday February 2012 (due to increased level of flowers demand, late orders can be delivered on 15th also). All orders for Valentine’s Day are final and no alterations, redirections or cancellations will be possible.
We cannot guarantee flowers delivery times or specific time requests on Valentines Day.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Is not our responsibility if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be certain
that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter
as much info as possible. For locations that may be either difficult to reach
or require further explanation, please write detailed instructions. If it
occurs that an order is sent to an incorrect address that was provided, an
additional delivery fee will apply to redirect the delivery.
Responsibility for receipt of delivery
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available
to receive the delivery in all instances. If no-one is at the delivery address,
the courier will leave the delivery at/near the door if it is safe to do so.
If not, an additional fee WILL apply to re-deliver at an appropriate time.
Re-delivery fees
Minimum of $15 or extra based upon geographic location.
