Product substitution

Occasionally, it is possible that substitution of flowers to be necessary due to the natural fluctuating daily, weekly and seasonal availability of flowers or accidental lack of stock from our suppliers. Also, the substitution of certain flowers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Christmas, etc.).

If we encounter this situation, we will replace the flowers, containers, or other ordered products with an item of same commercial value (or larger). In all flower arrangements we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour - we will substitute a red rose with a pink, hot pink, fuchsia or white one. The product substitution applies whenever we choose to, with the main concern the recipient receives the best possible product on the day of delivery.
