FloraLaura's return policy
Scheduled delivery date is considered to be delivery date at 9 AM.
All cancellations received at least 24 hours before to the scheduled delivery date will incur a cancellation fee of $15. Otherwise, cancellations received between 24 hours and 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value, if the order has not been prepared for delivery.
Once an order has been prepared for delivery it cannot be cancelled and all fees incurred cannot be refunded. You can choose to have it redelivered to another address and pay for any aditional delivery fees that would incurr.

If an article arrives damaged and the recipient is not on the premises, the recipient must contact us within 2 days for a replacement. If the article arrives damaged and the recipient is getting the order, please do not sign for it - by doing so means that you admit the package has been deliveredin good order.
In the event that an item is damaged the customer will need to organise payment and delivery for the item back to FloraLaura.com.au. Once it is received we will dispatch a new item.
